1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We offer the following shipping options for all orders within India:

1.1 Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
  • Cost: ₹50 for orders under ₹500, FREE for orders above ₹500
  • Coverage: All major cities and towns across India

1.2 Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
  • Cost: ₹150 flat rate (FREE for orders above ₹2000)
  • Coverage: Major metro cities and select tier-2 cities

1.3 Same-Day Delivery

  • Delivery Time: Same day (orders placed before 11 AM)
  • Cost: ₹250
  • Coverage: Available only in Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi

2. International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

2.1 Standard International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 7-14 business days
  • Cost: Starting from ₹750, calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

2.2 Express International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
  • Cost: Starting from ₹1500, calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Please Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery.

3. Shipping Gemstones & Valuable Items

For gemstones and high-value items:

  • All gemstones are shipped with insurance and tracking
  • Signature confirmation is required upon delivery
  • Gemstones are packaged in protected cases with proper certification
  • High-value items (above ₹10,000) are shipped via secure courier services only

4. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM IST may be processed the following business day.

For custom or personalized items, including energized gemstones that require specific rituals, additional processing time of 2-3 business days may be required. This will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Logging into your account and viewing your order history
  • Contacting our customer service team with your order number

6. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to legal regulations or logistics limitations:

  • Certain ritual items containing specific herbs may not be shipped internationally
  • Valuable gemstones may have restrictions for international shipping to certain countries
  • Fresh flowers and perishable items are only available for same-day delivery in select cities

Any shipping restrictions will be clearly indicated on the product page.

7. Delivery Issues

7.1 Delayed Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasionally delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders). We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

7.2 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7.3 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

If you have special handling or delivery instructions, please add them in the "Order Notes" section during checkout. While we will make every effort to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee that all special instructions can be fulfilled.
