Shipping times and methods vary based on product availability, destination, and shipping method selected. We make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but do not guarantee delivery dates. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Certain products, including but not limited to personalized items, energized gemstones, and items used in rituals, are not eligible for return due to their nature.
